Last updated: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tatvarth Systems LLP ("Tatvarth Systems", "we", "us") handles personal data across our company, our websites, and the products and services we provide. We keep what we collect deliberate and proportionate, and we keep this policy honest about it.

Who we are

Tatvarth Systems LLP is the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here. We are registered in Maharashtra, India. For any question about this policy, your personal data, or to raise a grievance, contact privacy@tatvarthsystems.com.

Scope

This policy applies to Tatvarth Systems LLP and to our websites, products, and services. Some products or services may provide their own additional privacy information; where they do, it supplements this policy. Where a product or site links to this policy without a separate notice, this policy applies in full.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and the contents of any message when you contact us, make an enquiry, or engage our products or services.
  • Account or engagement information, where you use a product or service we provide, the information needed to set up and deliver it.
  • Technical and usage data, standard data needed to operate and secure our websites and products, such as request logs and browser or device information, and aggregate usage statistics.

We keep tracking to a minimum. Our marketing website uses privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics and does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Where a specific product or site uses cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it.

Why we use it

We use personal data only to: respond to enquiries you send us; provide, operate, secure, and improve our websites, products, and services; and meet our legal obligations. We use it only for these purposes, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to run our websites, products, and services, for example with hosting, email, and other service providers who act on our instructions, and where required by law. Some of these providers may process data on infrastructure located outside India, in accordance with applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to maintain a reasonable business or legal record, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.

Your rights

In line with India's data-protection framework, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
  • correct or update it;
  • erase it, where we no longer need it;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, where applicable.

You can also raise a grievance about how we handle your data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@tatvarthsystems.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data we handle. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our websites, products, and services are intended for a business audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Product-specific notices

A specific product or service may provide additional privacy information that supplements this policy. Where a product-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice governs for that product or service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
